Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.

The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, editing expertise, and an understanding of digital content trends (especially Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Ads).

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for:

Instagram Reels

YouTube videos

Ads (Meta & Google)

Corporate/Brand videos

Add transitions, effects, graphics, and animations

Ensure smooth flow, storytelling, and audience engagement

🎨 Creative & Content Support

Suggest creative ideas for videos

Work with content team to plan video concepts

Create engaging hooks (first 3–5 seconds)

🎵 Audio & Visual Enhancement

Add background music, sound effects, voiceovers

Adjust color grading and lighting

Ensure audio clarity and sync

📱 Social Media Optimization

Add captions, subtitles, and trending elements

Optimize videos for higher engagement

⚙️ Technical Management

Organize video files and assets

Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Maintain consistency in brand style

🧠 Skills & Requirements

🎓 Education

Any graduate (Media/Design preferred but not mandatory)

💻 Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects (basic to advanced)

Final Cut Pro (optional)

CapCut (for reels editing)

Knowledge of:

Motion graphics

Color grading

Sound editing

🎯 Soft Skills

Creativity & storytelling ability

📊 Experience

1–3 years experience (or strong portfolio for freshers)
