VMC & CNC Programmer

1. CNC & VMC Programming:

Prepare, modify, and optimize CNC/VMC programs according to engineering drawings. Convert design drawings into machine-readable programs using CAM software if required.

2. Machine Operation Support:

Set up VMC and CNC machines with the correct tools and fixtures with Operator.

Help Operator To Operate machines to manufacture components with precision and accuracy.

Perform first-piece inspection and ensure quality compliance.

3. Tool & Material Handling:

Select and set cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding devices.

Manage raw materials and components for production.

4. Quality & Accuracy:

Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (micrometer, vernier caliper, CMM, etc.).

Ensure adherence to dimensional tolerances, surface finish, and quality standards.

5. Maintenance & Safety:

Perform routine maintenance of machines and tools.

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

6. Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate with production and design teams for efficient workflow.

Maintain production logs, program revisions, and inspection reports.
