Job Description
a) Recruiting and training delivery boys.
b) Ensure that all staff with regularity and in timely manner is attending the office.
c) Ensure that the office premises and maintained neatly at all times
d) Records of all indents forwarded by the Management.
e) All Accounting copies of cash and credit bookings to be forwarded as per Management Procedure.
f) All monthly bills to be delivered to the credit customers on the same day as received.
g) Collection of dues from credit customers to be done regularly as per the contractual obligations of the customers.
h) Ensure that age wise analyzing is done regularly and coordinate with client about payment too. Immediately, issue letter / mail to clients having outstanding of more than 30 days.
i) Issues related to bills are to be sorted out immediately.
j) should follow booking and delivery procedures
