Maintenance Machinist

We are looking for a skilled Machinist to operate conventional and CNC machine tools. You will produce precision components and parts needed for maintenance support, ensuring tight tolerances are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Step 1 (Operation): Operate milling machines (manual and CNC), performing drilling, reaming, boring, and tapping operations.
• Step 2 (Programming): Program CNC machines using G-code and M-code; set up workpieces using vises, fixtures, and jigs.
• Step 3 (Fabrication): Fabricate precision components (gears, shafts, flanges) and create tools/jigs for production.
• Step 4 (Quality Control): Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet engineering drawing specifications.

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI in Machinist OR Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• Experience: 2–7 years of relevant experience
• Preferred: CNC programming experience (Fanuc/Siemens) and knowledge of CAM software.
