Maintenance Turner

We require a Turner to operate horizontal turning lathe machines. You will be responsible for producing high-precision components such as shafts, bushings, and sleeves with tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Step 1 (Setup): Interpret engineering drawings, set up work holding devices (chucks, centers), and load jobs.
• Step 2 (Machining): Perform precision turning, threading (external/internal), and taper turning operations.
• Step 3 (Inspection): Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers and gauges to ensure accuracy .
• Step 4 (Maintenance): Keep machines cleaned and lubricated; report tool wear or issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Education: ITI in Turner trade.
• Experience: 2–7 years of relevant experience
• Preferred: Basic CNC lathe programming (G-code/M-code)23.
