Job Description:

Roles and Responsible

To help the management in executing both short- and long-term marketing plans to ensure the growth and expansion of company's services.

Research & analyze on all the related factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.

Handling all the customer complaints and attending to them immediately and ensure to coordinate with the concerned to reduce the complaints Responsible for distribution of monthly bills and collection of same, Responsible for collecting long standing bills as well the current outstanding.

Imparting training to HCE's on awareness/ segregation and should maintain the record of trainings Preparing marketing activity reports (Monthly, Weekly).

Liaisoning with Government bodies whenever required.
