Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete automobile dealership operations (Sales)
• Achieve sales targets and improve market
• Lead, train, and motivate department heads and staff
• Monitor P&L, budgets, and cost control
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand standards
• Develop business growth strategies and marketing plans

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Automobile industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of sales, dealership operations
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
• Graduate / MBA preferred
