Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:🔹 Business & Sales Management:Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee sales, marketing, CRM, and operations departments.
- Plan pricing strategies and project launches.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Maintain relationships with investors, channel partners, and key clients.
- 🔹 Team Hiring & Leadership:Lead end-to-end recruitment of Sales Managers, Team Leaders, CRM Executives, and Marketing staff.
- Build, train, and develop high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and set KPIs for department heads.
- Create a positive and target-driven work culture.
- Identify manpower requirements and coordinate with HR for timely hiring.
- 🔹 Operations & Compliance:Ensure legal documentation and project compliance.
- Prepare business reports and present updates to management.
- Monitor budgets and control operational costs.
