Prawns Factory Worker/ Labor

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Workers to join Avanti’s prawn processing and export operations. The role involves handling, processing, grading, cleaning, and packing prawns while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities -

• Sorting, grading, cleaning, peeling, and deveining prawns.
• Operating basic processing and packing machinery (after training).
• Packing and labeling products for domestic and export shipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Following food safety and quality control standards.
• Assisting supervisors with daily production targets.
• Reporting equipment issues or quality concerns immediately.
• Adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
