Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team at Siya Jewellery.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about jewellery, have strong communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers to help them find their perfect piece.
You will be the face of Siya Jewellery — creating memorable shopping experiences and helping us achieve our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements
- Showcase and explain products with confidence and product knowledge
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Maintain proper display, stock, and cleanliness of the showroom
- Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales service
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationship
- Stay updated with latest offers, collections, and trends
- Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Good presentation and grooming
- Friendly and professional customer handling
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, POS, WhatsApp)
- Ability to work in a team and under targets
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (preferred)
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience in jewellery, retail, or fashion sales preferred
