Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Region Covered: South India (AP, TS, TN, KA, KL – All Cities & Towns)


Job Summary:


STEELONCALL is looking for experienced and dynamic sales professionals to drive new business growth and manage existing customer relationships across South India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the steel industry (preferred but not mandatory).


Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics.


Requirements:


• 3 to 6 years of experience in sales (preferably in the steel industry, manufacturing, or B2B sales).

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to manage a wide territory across South India.

• Willing to travel frequently across the region as needed.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
