Store Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and multi-skilled Store and Delivery Helper to join our team. This is a versatile role where you will be expected to handle ,all types of tasks in the store and delivery operations. The ideal candidate is someone who is flexible, energetic, and ready to support the team in any area needed — from operating machines inside the store to picking, packing, and making deliveries.

Key Responsibilities  

- Operate store machines and equipment as required  

- Assist with loading and unloading goods  

- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently  

- Help with store cleaning, shelving, and organizing  

- Perform delivery of products to customers (local deliveries)  

- Provide on-road delivery assistance to drivers when needed  

- Handle customer inquiries at the store counter  

- Follow all safety and quality procedures at all times  

- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor (you must be willing to do **all sorts of jobs** in the store & delivery)

Working Hours 

Shift Timing : 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM  

Lunch Break : 2 hours (timing will be as per store schedule)  

Total Working Hours : 10 hours per day (12-hour shift with 2-hour break)  

6 days a week (weekly off as per company roster)

Requirements

- No prior experience needed (training will be provided)  

- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights  

- Valid driving license (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) is a big advantage but not mandatory  

- Good communication skills  

- Honest, punctual, and hardworking  

- Ready to learn and perform every type of job in the store and delivery section  

- Must be available for full shift (9 AM – 9 PM)
