Job Summary:

The DMS Consumer Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with consumers for loan-related queries, document collection, lead generation, and service support. The role requires good communication, data handling, and coordination with field and back-office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to consumers for loan verification, document follow-up, and payment reminders.

Explain financial products such as consumer durable loans, EMI cards, or personal loans.

Collect and update customer information in the DMS (Dealer Management System).

Maintain call records and daily reporting on leads and conversions.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication in Hindi 

Basic knowledge of MS Excel 

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Mandatory Requirements: Must have Laptop & Wifi

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Any Graduate
