🎯 Role: Inside Sales ExecutiveYou will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments through structured demos, follow-ups, and relationship building with parents and students.

  • πŸ“ LocationWork From Office (Preferred) – Visakhapatnam
  • πŸ’Ό Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups)
  • Conduct online demos for parents & students
  • Explain SISYA CLASS programs (Maths, Science, Coding, Robotics) clearly
  • Convert demo sessions into paid enrollments
  • Maintain daily reports on:
  • Leads handled
  • Demo status
  • Conversions
  • Follow structured sales funnel process (Lead β†’ Demo β†’ Follow-up β†’ Closure)
  • Build trust with parents by understanding student needs
  • Work closely with marketing & academic teams


  • 🎯 Targets & KPIsDaily: 50–70 calls(Enquired Leads)
  • Demos: 7–10 per day
  • Conversion Rate: Minimum 15–25%
  • Monthly Enrollment Targets assigned individually
  • πŸ‘€ RequirementsExperience: 1–4 years in Inside Sales (EdTech preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)
  • Ability to handle parents confidently
  • Good understanding of sales psychology & objection handling
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools & follow-up tracking
  • Highly target-driven mindset
