Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to prospective students, explaining our programs, and helping with admissions follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads
Explain about the program
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups
Support the admissions team with student conversions
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
Good communication skills in English, Telugu,Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Friendly, confident, and target-oriented
Salary: 8k to 15k
