Job Description:

Oaks Overseas, a leading overseas education consultancy, is looking for an experienced and dynamic MBBS Abroad Counsellor for our Vizag branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in student counselling for abroad education, preferably with specific experience in MBBS admissions overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admission options abroad, including eligibility, universities, country options, admission processes, and documentation.
• Provide personalized guidance based on student profiles to help them select appropriate countries and universities.
• Assist in the application process, follow-ups, offer letters, and pre-departure formalities.
• Stay updated with university tie-ups, entrance requirements, visa policies, and deadlines.
• Conduct seminars/webinars and participate in education fairs or marketing activities when required.
• Maintain proper student records and ensure follow-up through CRM or other tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and university representatives for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline); a degree in education, counselling, or healthcare is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas education counselling.
• Experience in MBBS abroad counselling will be a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of MBBS admission procedures in countries like Russia, Georgia, Philippines, Kazakhstan, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
