Academic Coordinator

We are looking to hire passionate and committed "Academic coordinators” who will implement our English curriculum at schools. 

Their responsibilities will be to

Deliver training programs.

Assess learner progress.

Create engaging lessons (show videos, do speaking activities, and other activities). 

Ensure the curriculum is delivered as designed (lesson plans, videos, activities).

Train, mentor, and guide trainers on pedagogy, classroom management, and the use of teaching resources.

Coach on classroom management, pacing, and materials usage.

Coordinate with Ops for logistics/AV; with Sales/Account Mgmt for renewals/expansions.

Maintain a materials inventory across schools, tracking losses and damage to replenish items proactively.

Skills

Strong English speaking and clear communication skills.

Coaching teachers with actionable feedback.

Tracking app usage and student progress.

Problem-solving and quick escalation of issues.

Professionalism: punctual, reliable, well-presented.

Willing to travel between schools and manage schedules.
