Accountant

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, taxation, reporting, and financial reconciliations accurately and on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, vouchers, and journals
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
• Manage TDS, income tax calculations, and statutory filings
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare invoices, track receivables, and follow up on payments
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting-related reports
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Experience1–5 years of experience in accounting or a related role
• Fresher with strong accounting knowledge may also apply
