Admin Trainer

Job Description:

Peram Group is looking for an experienced Admin Trainer to train and guide employees across all departments to improve administrative efficiency and workplace productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training programs for administrative and departmental staff

• Train employees on company policies, office procedures, and workflow systems

• Develop training materials, presentations, and guidelines

• Evaluate employee performance after training sessions

• Support new employee onboarding and orientation

• Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs

• Ensure employees follow company standards and operational procedures

Requirements:

ONLY MALES REQUIRED

• Any Degree / MBA preferred

• 5–10 years experience in Administration or Corporate Training

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to train and motivate employees

• Good knowledge of office management and administrative systems
