Job Title: Admission Counselor / Academic Counselor / Inside Sales Executive (Education)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team at [Company Name]. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential students. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling: Make outbound calls to interested leads (data provided by the company) and handle inbound queries professionally.

Counseling: Understand the student's career goals and suggest the best suitable course/program from our catalog.

Conversion: Follow up regularly with prospective students to close sales and meet monthly enrollment targets.

Guidance: Explain admission procedures, fee structures, and scholarship options clearly to parents and students.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/Excel sheet.

Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on the number of calls made, leads connected, and closures to the manager.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any stream (Undergraduates with good sales experience may apply).

Language: Fluent in English and [Local Language, Hindi/Telugu].

Skills: Excellent convincing power, active listening, and patience.

Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and Zoom/Google Meet.

Mindset: Target-oriented and comfortable with making 50+ calls a day.
