Job Title: Female Tele caller – Education Consultancy

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic Female Tele callers to connect with students and parents, guide them on career options, and convert leads into clients. Performance is KRA-driven, with attractive incentives for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents.
• Understand career goals and provide admission guidance.
• Convert leads into clients and achieve daily/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates, 0–5 years experience in tele sales/customer service.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.
• Graduation in any discipline.
