About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join our leading life insurance organization in Visakhapatnam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong team of Life Insurance Advisors through effective recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and ongoing development initiatives.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage with potential candidates who have expressed interest in advisor roles through our various marketing campaigns
  • Conduct informative sessions about Life Insurance Advisor and Mahila Career Agent roles, highlighting career pathways and growth opportunities
  • Deliver compelling presentations on the benefits of joining our organization to prospective candidates
  • Guide candidates through the complete onboarding process, including documentation, verification, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide support for IC 38 exam preparation and other mandatory training programs
  • Set clear performance expectations and monitor progress of newly onboarded advisors
  • Implement effective strategies to improve conversion rates from prospect to advisor
  • Maintain comprehensive recruitment metrics and submit timely reports to management
  • Collaborate with the sales and training teams to ensure smooth transition of new advisors


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or team leadership
  • Insurance sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a talent for motivating others
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Residence within 20 km of Visakhapatnam city limits (preferred)
