 Role Description

 

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Officer located in [ Vishakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mysore, Mangalore, Jaipur, Bikaner, Pune, Mumbai, Goa, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Kerala, Cheenai, Coimbatore, Varanasi ] with some flexibility for remote work. The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel sales operations, generating leads, providing outstanding customer service, and building strong client relationships. Additional duties will include executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving performance targets.


 Qualifications

 

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Proficiency in Channel Sales and relationship building
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based in Vishakhapatnam
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Requirement 


  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
  • Must have experience in order taking from retail outlets.
  • Ability to appoint and handle distributors.
  • Experience in handling both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
  • Strong market knowledge and retail network understanding.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
