ABOUT THE ROLE

Kinto Water is growing its sales team across the Visakhapatnam–Vizianagaram corridor. We need a hands-on Field Sales Officer to cover the ground — building our retail and institutional network, driving volumes, and making Kinto Water the preferred brand in your territory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•     Cover assigned territory daily — visit retailers, kiranas, hotels, offices, and institutions to generate orders

•     Onboard new outlets and expand the distributor/dealer network in your area

•     Achieve monthly volume targets across 500ml, 1L, 2L bottles and 20L water cans

•     Collect payments and manage outstanding accounts responsibly

•     Submit daily sales reports (DSR) and track competitor activity in the market

•     Coordinate with the plant and delivery team for accurate, on-time fulfilment

WHAT WE NEED

•     Graduate in any discipline — Commerce or Science preferred

•     2–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG, beverages, or packaged water (freshers with strong local market knowledge may apply)

•     Two-wheeler with valid driving licence — mandatory

•     Good knowledge of Visakhapatnam or Vizianagaram local market

•     Fluent in Telugu; basic English is a plus

•     Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with full-day field work

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 / month (based on experience)

Incentive: Monthly performance bonus on target achievement

Petrol: Reimbursed as per actuals

Mobile: ₹300 / month

Week Off: Sunday

Joining: Immediate preferred
