ASSISTANT MANAGER - INSTRUMENTATION

Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) for instrumentation and control systems in compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Establish and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.

Conduct inspections and tests on instrumentation and control equipment to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.

Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies when required.

Stay updated on relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations related to instrumentation and control systems.

Ensure that all instrumentation activities comply with local and international regulations.

Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing activities, ensuring proper documentation for quality assurance purposes.

Implement document control procedures to manage technical documentation.

Evaluate and select instrumentation suppliers and vendors based on quality and compliance criteria.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure that supplied equipment meets specified quality standards.

Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures for instrumentation and control systems in alignment with project requirements.

Provide training to instrumentation and control personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Ensure that team members are competent and aware of quality expectations.

Investigate and address non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
