1. Designation: CHEF (Bakery)

Full Timer - Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (Take-home) per month

Food & Accommodation: Provided

•Consultant: ₹16,500 (Stipend) + Insurance

•Minimum 0.6 to 2 years of hands-on experience in cake preparation and decoration.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Cake Preparation & Baking

•Mix ingredients as per recipe.

•Fondant, mousse, and tiered cakes.

•Ensure product consistency in taste and appearance.

•Assist with bulk orders and special event coordination.

2.Cake Decoration & Design

•Decorate using icing, fondant, chocolate, fruits, etc.

•Customize designs based on customer requirements.

3.Quality Control

•Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.

•Ensure finished products meet brand standards.

•Adjust recipes as required.

4.Kitchen Operations

•Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order.

•Operate and care for baking equipment.

•Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs.

5.Compliance & Safety

•Adhere to hygiene and food safety protocols.

•Follow allergen and sanitation guidelines.
