Job Description
-Business Development Executive (BDE) - Field Sales
-About the Role: Join the Apna "Feet on Street" (FOS) team to drive our next phase of rapid growth. As a BDE, you will be on the ground, acquiring Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers and selling recruitment solutions to help them find the right talent.
-Key Responsibilities:
-Field Acquisition: Visit 10 to 15 clients daily to pitch Apna’s hiring products and value proposition.
-Lead Generation: Identify prospects through door-to-door knocking and cold calling within your assigned territory.
-Sales Closure: Manage the entire sales funnel—from assessing business requirements to handling objections regarding pricing and competition—to close long-term deals.
-Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and assist them in posting their first job on the platform.
-CRM Management: Log all daily meetings and updates in real-time using the CRM; only CRM-logged activities are counted toward daily targets.
-Market Visibility: Act as a brand ambassador by distributing marketing collaterals and building organic references to drive revenue.
-Required Qualifications & Skills:
-Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in client-facing B2B field sales.
-Industry Preference: Priority will be given to candidates from HRTech (e.g., Quikr), BFSI, Insurance, Online Payments, Filed Sales
-Education: Graduate degree or above.
-Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for extensive local travel.
-Soft Skills:
-"Hustler" mindset with high energy and street-smart negotiation skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with HRs and decision-makers.
-Self-motivated and target-driven to meet weekly and monthly onboarding goals.
