Job Description

The Business devlopment Executive is responsible for generating sales, expanding customer base, and promoting company products/services within the assigned geographical area. The role involves meeting clients in person, conducting product demonstrations, achieving targets, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
  • Collect market information on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and share them with managers.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments from customers.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Eligibility

  • Qualifications:12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales (FMCG, retail, telecom, financial products, etc.).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Number of customer visits.
  • New customer acquisition.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Revenue generation and territory growth
