Job Description
The Business devlopment Executive is responsible for generating sales, expanding customer base, and promoting company products/services within the assigned geographical area. The role involves meeting clients in person, conducting product demonstrations, achieving targets, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
- Collect market information on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and share them with managers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments from customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Eligibility
- Qualifications:12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales (FMCG, retail, telecom, financial products, etc.).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Number of customer visits.
- New customer acquisition.
- Customer retention and satisfaction.
- Revenue generation and territory growth
