Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to onboard restaurants, salons, and local service merchants onto the Dealyver platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit restaurants, salons, and local businesses in assigned areas
• Explain Dealyver app benefits, offers, and commission structure
• Onboard new merchants and help them complete registration
• Maintain good relationships with merchants after onboarding
• Ensure merchants are active and receiving orders
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets
• Coordinate with internal team for merchant support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in field sales / merchant onboarding
• Experience in B2B sales or local market sales preferred
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel within the city
• Basic knowledge of smartphone apps
• Ability to convince and negotiate with merchants

Preferred Experience:

• Food delivery, restaurant sales, retail sales, or service industry
• Local area knowledge is an advantage
