Job Description
- Execute structural works, encompassing design coordination, procurement, and site management.
- Oversee and manage all civil engineering activities on site, including earthworks, foundation work, concrete work and other related tasks.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material records, and inspection reports.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets project standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure that materials are stored and utilized efficiently.
- Prepare material requisitions and track material consumption.
- Maintain good communication with contractors amd labour
