Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role based in Vijayawada. As a Counselor, you will guide students through their overseas education journey by providing academic advice, assisting in selecting suitable universities, and explaining the application process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with students and parents, evaluating student profiles, providing tailored recommendations, and supporting students with scholarship and visa applications. You will serve as the primary point of contact to help students smoothly transition into their chosen academic programs abroad.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
• Experience in academic guidance, education program research, and presenting personalized recommendations.
• Familiarity with scholarship opportunities, visa procedures, and overseas university application processes.
• Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Multilingual abilities (preferred) and a background in education consulting or related fields are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Dedication to providing personalized support and a strong passion for helping students achieve their education goals.
