Job Description
- Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation
- Perform basic cooking, cutting, chopping & marination
- Prepare mise-en-place before service hours
- Follow standard recipes & portion control
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation & equipment
- Handle raw materials safely and hygienically
- Support during peak hours and rush operations
- Ensure minimum food wastage
- Follow food safety & hygiene standards
- Obey instructions from Head Chef / Cook
