  • Supervise day-to-day civil and interior site activities.
  • Coordinate with labour teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
  • Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications & quality standards.
  • Monitor site progress, prepare daily work reports, and update management.
  • Check material quality, consumption, and maintain site stock registers.
  • Ensure safety practices are followed strictly at site.
  • Handle client communications and site inspections.
  • Verify measurements for billing (contractor & client).
  • Manage timelines and ensure smooth completion of work.
