CRM Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Post-Sales Manager (CRM) to manage the entire customer relationship process post-booking, with a primary focus on payment follow-ups, collection tracking, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers, the finance team, and project management to ensure smooth transactions and a positive client experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end customer relationship post-booking, ensuring timely collection of due payments as per the payment schedule.
• Send payment reminders, follow up through calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and ensure prompt customer response.
• Maintain and update customer payment records in CRM systems and coordinate with accounts for reconciliation.
• Share demand letters, receipts, and payment confirmations accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the project and finance teams to align on stage-wise payment triggers.
• Handle customer queries regarding payment schedules, documentation, and project progress.
• Escalate delays or defaulters to management with proper reports and recommendations.
• Track and report collection status, outstanding dues, and aging reports periodically.
• Support in handover and possession process once financial clearance is completed.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation throughout the post-sales journey.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in real estate CRM / post-sales / payment collection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and payment tracking tools.
• Good understanding of real estate payment schedules, GST, and RERA-related documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Preferred SkillsExperience working with premium residential or villa projects.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (Telugu preferred).
• Strong negotiation and problem-resolution skills.
