Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and scale performance ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and marketplaces. The role focuses on driving sales, reducing CPA, and scaling ROAS for our women’s fashion brands.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
• Execute performance campaigns for e-commerce sales
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Create & test multiple ad creatives, hooks, and audiences
• Analyze data using Ads Manager, Google Analytics
• Scale winning ads & pause low-performing campaigns
• Work closely with content & design teams
• Manage daily ad budgets and monthly spend reports
• Track funnels from ad → landing page → checkout
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audiences
• Required SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels
• Knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking
• Experience in D2C / Fashion / Lifestyle brands (preferred)
• Ability to read data and take quick optimization decisions
• Understanding of creative performance trends
• Basic knowledge of Shopify / Website CRO is a plus
