Digital Marketing Manager

• 1. Performance Marketing (Core Role)Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and conversions
• Daily monitoring of ad performance, budgets, and creatives
• Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences
• 2. E-commerce GrowthDrive website traffic and improve conversion rates
• Analyze funnel metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Work closely with website team to fix conversion leaks
• Manage product launches and promotional campaigns
• 3. Social Media StrategyPlan and execute content strategy aligned with brand identity
• Work with founders/creators for Reels & viral content
• Track engagement, reach, and audience growth
• 4. Email & Retention MarketingSet up and optimize flows (welcome, abandoned cart, repeat purchase)
• Manage campaigns using tools like Klaviyo / Mailchimp
• Increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
• 5. Influencer & Collaboration MarketingIdentify and collaborate with fashion influencers
• Manage barter + paid collaborations
• Track ROI from influencer campaigns
• 6. Analytics & ReportingTrack performance using:
• Google Analytics
• Meta Ads Manager
• Weekly & monthly reporting on:
• Sales
• Campaign performance
• Growth insights
• Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years experience in digital marketing (preferably fashion/e-commerce)
• Strong expertise in:
• Meta Ads (MUST)
• Google Ads
• Understanding of fashion consumer behavior
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of creatives (what converts vs what doesn’t)
• Data-driven mindset
