Domestic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Domestic Staffing Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Vizag. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, experience in handling teams, and a proven track record of client management in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.

Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring effective collaboration and high-performance standards.

Utilize strong technical knowledge to comprehend client requirements, facilitate communication between teams, and advise on suitable candidates.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various technical roles.

Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Preferred Experience :

Strong technical knowledge in IT and related fields.

Proven experience in team management and client relationship building.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Must-Have:

• 9+ years of experience in Domestic staffing.
• Currently working as an account manager
• Must have experience working with the Implementation partner's requirements.
• Experience working with Wipro, HCL, TCS, Infosys & Deloitte is a plus.
• Must have good communication skills.
