Executive- Pharmaceutical International Marketing

Role & Responsibilities:   

To ensure 100% implementation all Strategies laid down by the Company.

To develop new markets for the company

To Develop the overall sales strategy plan for export sale
.

Plan and manage overseas sales through direct customers, distributors and other relevant sales outlets for target markets - AFRICA, SOUTH EAST ASIA, CIS & LATIN AMERICA countries.

Manage export accounts to achieve sales targets

Negotiate and manage contracts for sales/ distribution as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer relations

Develop knowledge and understanding of local requirements for pharmaceuticals
to ensure that the company's products are nurtured in the market. 

Business development:

Identification and evaluation of potential partnerships in International Markets lead the discussions on deal structuring for formulation sales

Commercial and legal negotiations with partners for closing the contracts and concluding the deals.

End to end licensing deals: prospecting, lead generation and evaluation, analytics, competitive and market intelligence, pricing decisions, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, deal closure, relationship management and new business generation. 

Portfolio development:

New Product Development by screening/selecting - Identification, Evaluation for the own entities & B2B in the International market based on the market needs and gap analysis of product portfolio.

Evaluating the feasibility of product development based on the profit analysis linked to international R&D, production capabilities. 

Client management:

Customer relationship management to surpass achievement of delivery and service quality norms by regularizing.

Supporting business operations of entities & B2B partners by coordinating for the forecast and maintaining the supplies.
