Job Description
We are hiring Field Sales Executives responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing Home Loan and Gold Loan and LAP business through direct field sales.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, open market, and references
- Sell Home Loan and LAP products to prospective customers
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, eligibility, and benefits
- Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and DSAs
- Collect required documents and ensure proper submission for loan processing
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster approvals
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline
