We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Customer Relations Officer to become a part of our team.

Job Description

Position: Customer Relations Officer. 

Location: 1st Floor, Dr Care Homeopathy, 2nd Ln, near Diamond Park Junction, Rednam Manor, Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530016

Work Schedule: Standard Hours (10:30 AM to 08:00 PM), No Rotational or Night Shifts. 

Duties: 

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.

Manage the reception area’s appearance to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Accurately prepare and dispense homeopathic medicines based on prescriptions.

Maintain updated and organized inventory of homeopathic medicines and supplies.

Notice Period: Immediate Start. 

Compensation: Salary range of 12,000 to 16,000/- plus appealing incentives.

Job Sepcification

Qualifications: Any Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.

Skills: Strong communication abilities.

Basic computer proficiency required.

Languages: Proficiency in Telugu is essential, with moderate English skills.
