Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Strategy
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities, land acquisitions, and expansion plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Sales & Marketing
- Oversee sales and marketing teams to ensure target achievement
- Design sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and channel partner networks

Operations & Project Management
- Supervise project execution from planning to handover
- Coordinate with construction, legal, finance, and marketing teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Monitor cash flow, revenue, and project profitability
- Ensure cost control and financial discipline
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor department heads and senior managers
- Conduct performance reviews and drive team productivity
- Build a high-performance organizational culture
