Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels (sourcing to onboarding)

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding process

HR Generalist Functions

• Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management

• Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts team

• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities

• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation

• Address employee queries and provide HR support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master degree in HR, Business Administration.

• 1–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Generalist role

• Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
