Payroll Processing

• Collect and consolidate monthly attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift data from all branches
• Process accurate and timely payroll for showroom and service staff using payroll Software
• Validate salary structure, deductions, ESI/PF/LWF contributions, and net pay computations
• Generate payslips and resolve payroll-related queries from employees
• Handle full & final settlements and exit formalities

Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity)

• Ensure timely registration, remittance, and returns filing for:
• Provident Fund (EPFO)
• Employee State Insurance (ESIC)
• Professional Tax (PT)
• Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
• Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and registers as per Labour Laws
• Liaise with government portals: EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha, etc.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and prepare compliance reports

Employee Support & Coordination

• Address branch-level HR/payroll escalations related to salaries, PF/ESI queries, or UAN/KYC updates
• Support new branch onboarding from a statutory perspective (shops & establishment, PF/ESI coverage)

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA (HR) / MHRM or relevant commerce/HR background
• Experience: 1–3 years in payroll and statutory compliance, preferably in a retail or multi-location setup
• Skills:
• Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
• Experience with PF/ESI/PT filing portals

Preferred Tools/Software:

• Payroll software: Excel, any other Payroll Software is an advantage.
• Statutory Portals: EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax portals
• Communication: Outlook, Google Sheets, WhatsApp (for field coordination)
