Job Title: HR Manager – Inside Sales Operations (L-1)
Company: Growtify Hub

Location Preference: Pan india
Role OverviewThis role is responsible for building, managing, and strictly controlling a remote inside sales team.
This is not a traditional HR role.
The core focus is performance, discipline, and accuracy.
You will be accountable for ensuring that every sales executive:
- Works daily
- Meets required deliverables
- Moves towards monthly sales targets
- Shares only verified and accurate reports
Core Aim of This RoleThe primary aim of the HR Manager is to ensure all remote inside sales executives are delivering their required outputs and achieving their sales targets, while making sure no false, inflated, or incorrect reports are submitted.
You are the control layer between management and the sales team.
- Team Responsibility You will manage 15 remote inside sales executives
- Every executive must have minimum 1 year tele-sales / tele-calling experience
- Team strength must always be maintained at 15
- Daily Responsibilities (Mandatory)Take attendance and daily commitment from all executives every morning
- Ensure all executives start work on time
- Conduct performance checks twice daily:
- 12:00 PM
- 4:00 PM
- Track and verify:Calls made,Demos booked,Prospects generated,Sales closed
- Collect and submit End of Day (EOD) report by 6:30 PM
- Verify calling activity using:
- Calling reports
- CRM / dialer data
- Demo booking confirmations
- Ensure executives strictly follow:
- Cold calling only
- Company-approved script
- Daily demo targets
- Immediately flag non-performance or reporting mismatch
- Hiring & Replacement ResponsibilitiesContinuously hire experienced tele-sales candidates
- No fresher hiring
- No compromise on experience or attitude
- Identify non-performers on daily basis.
- One correction opportunity → improvement → replacement
- Fast replacement is expected, not delayed decisions
- Performance AccountabilityEach executive must book minimum 5 demos per day
- Each executive has a target of 10 sales per month
- Team performance is directly linked to your performance
- Poor team output will be treated as poor role execution
Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹200 per verified sale closed by your team (Max 30K Only)
- Incentives are paid only on confirmed and validated sales
