### Core Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process specifically for Admission Counselors, from initial sourcing to onboarding.

Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and educational networks to build a pipeline of high-energy candidates with backgrounds in sales, counseling, or customer relations.

High-Volume Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle high-pressure enrollment targets.

Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with the Admissions Director to understand evolving team dynamics and regional enrollment needs.

Brand Ambassadorship: Ensure every candidate has a stellar experience, reflecting our institution's values from the first "hello."
