Job Title: IT Recruiter

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Job Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical positions
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/online)
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
• Required Skills:Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, job portals)
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Qualifications:Any graduate
• Freshers with strong interest in recruitment are welcome
