IT Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide reliable end-user IT support for employees. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Windows-based systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for employee laptops and Windows-based systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, operating systems, and standard applications
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, peripherals, and user access
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and adherence to SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when required for issue resolution
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
- Deliver clear and professional communication to end users during support interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, laptops, and end-user systems
- Good understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests effectively
