Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations & staff
- Maintain KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) accuracy and coordinate timely order execution
- Ensure food quality, taste & presentation as per standards
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation & FSSAI compliance
- Coordinate with chefs, service team & management for smooth operations
- Control food cost, wastage & inventory
- Monitor portion control & fast order delivery during rush hour
