Roles and Responsibilities Develop appropriate goals and metrics and processes for measuring the companys performance with respect to the assigned revenue. • Provide training to Sales Executive by visiting with them for the sales call . • Monitor and maintain the sourcing funnel adequately. • Maintain MIS report. • Assigning leads to sale executive and monitoring of the leads. • Manage conversion rate of House Visit - Login, Login to Sanction & Sanction Disbursement. • Coordinate with Operation team, credit team and disbursement team on smooth processing of file . • Ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery in process login to disbursement. • Participating in various education fair, college’s seminars and channel partner events . • Maintained good relationship with Channel Partners/ Counselors. • Accountable for the Customer management ensuring complaints to be resolved on time with no escalation.
