Marketing Executive

Leadership & Management: GM, AGM, and Team Leaders will oversee teams, assign tasks, and ensure smooth coordination between promoters, developers, marketing executives, and telecallers.

Team Size & Experience: Manage teams including promoters and developers with 1–2 years experience; marketing executives and telecallers can be freshers or experienced.

Sales & Lead Generation: Promote Ashwaq projects, generate leads, convert inquiries, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Project & Task Oversight: Supervise developers for timely completion of projects, bug fixes, and quality deliverables.

Targets & Incentives: Work on a target-based system with performance incentives; petrol allowance for field staff with two-wheelers mandatory.

Client Interaction: Conduct site visits, client meetings, telecall follow-ups, and maintain excellent customer service.

Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and maintain coordination between sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance, training, and feedback to team members to improve performance and skill development.

Communication & Conduct: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, good personality, and professional behavior required for all roles.
